1 Preparation note

1.1. This applies only to the construction of the XXXXXXXXXX oxygen pipe.

3.1. the contractor should study the procedure carefully and know how to clean and degrease the product. Before construction, safety and technical disclosure should be made to the construction workers.

3.4. prepare equipment for UV lights, paper, pure camphor testing.

4 General provisions for cleaning and degreasing

4.1. degreasing of pipes, pipe fittings, valves and other tools should be completed prior to installation.

4.2. there are obvious traces of grease on the parts. grease and dirt can be removed with kerosene before degreasing with a degreasing and skimming solution.

4.3., inspection and installation of tools, gauges, measures, etc., must be preskimmed as required. No degreaser is used. Work clothes, shoes, gloves and other protective equipment must be clean and oil free. Protective plastic sheeting should be oil-free.

4.4. After degreasing of pipes, fittings, valves, etc., they must be checked and signed by the person concerned according to the requirements of the inspection, and sealed promptly with plastic sheeting and tape to prevent contamination and debris from entering. The next process can be carried out at this point.

4.5. the person responsible for closure checks the qualified skimmed parts and adds the correct sign for storage. Whether the parts to be skimmed are qualified or non-skimmed, are stored in isolation and are phase free.

The organic solvent oil content is 4.6. it should not exceed 50mg / L. The solvent can be used as the crude oil content and then the qualifying solvent is used again. Solvents greater than 500 mg/L should be treated with oil and tested for use as a degreasing agent. The solvent can be used as a degreasing agent.

4.7 Install unfinished piping promptly, blocking the goods with plastic sheeting and tape; open again and clean the welds with acetone to prevent secondary contamination.

5 Degreasing method

6.1.3. degrease the valves and then pass the test voltage, allow the valves to be removed, split into sections to remove debris, and soak in the solvent trichloroethylene for 1 to 1.5 hours. The same method is used for bolts and metal gaskets.

6.1.4. the pipe shall be degreased, prefabricated, degreased, one part of the pipe and branch openings shall be fully constructed, bevels sanded, welds shall be cleaned of slag splatter, etc., and verified by the quality inspector. Drying shall be performed with clean, dry air.

7 Testing fat parts

According to 7.1. standard HG202022000, parts shall be degreased using a random test method.

7.1.1. the surface shall be inspected for degreasing using ultraviolet light at a wavelength of 3200 to 3800 angstroms and passed without oil fluorescence.

7.1.2. clean and dry the white filter paper, wipe off the greasy surface and certify that the paper is free of traces of grease.

7.1.3. check steam blowing out condensation with less than 1 mm of 100% camphor to stop the rotation to qualify.

9.1. site construction safety and technical operating procedures must be strictly implemented.

9.5. "Danger" and "Flammable" signs should be set up in the fertilizer field, and the construction area should be demarcated around the signs.
